Return & Refund

ReadyLink Systems will process refunds and returns only for products purchased directly from ReadyLink Systems' website, www.readylinksystems.com.

The following refund/return policy applies only to products purchased directly from www.readylinksystems.com:

For non-defective products, ReadyLink Systems does not accept return of sold products after 14 days from the original invoice date, nor does ReadyLink Systems refund or credit back the money after the 14 day period. To qualify for the refund or credit back, you must first notify ReadyLink Systems and obtain proper authorization, and at your expense ship the product to ReadyLink Systems' warehouse facility. Refunds or credit back on non-defective products shall be limited to the price of the actual products only, not including the shipping and handling expenses incurred. ReadyLink Systems will apply a 20% (of the product's price) restocking fee. This restocking fee applies to any products that have been shipped out of ReadyLink Systems' warehouse, regardless of whether or not the customer has opened the package.
